REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY – N FABRICS FASHION
We have a comprehensive Cancellation and Refund Policy to ensure a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience for our valued customers.
We are the manufacturer, which makes us stand out from the crowd. Our goal is to deliver the best quality products to our buyers, keeping quality as our top priority.
N Fabrics Fashion proudly supports traditional weavers, embroiderers, dyers, and artisans—helping them preserve their craft and heritage while providing them a sustainable platform to earn their livelihood.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If, unfortunately, you need to cancel or modify your order, please do so within 1–2 hours after placing the order by emailing us at nfabrics7@gmail.com.
- If you cancel your order before the package is handed over to the courier partner, we will refund the entire amount.
- If your order has already been booked or dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.
We are not liable for any delays caused by logistics or postal services. Cancellations cannot be made due to delays in delivery.
RETURN POLICY
- Gift Cards are non-refundable or transferable and have a validity of one year.
- Only defective or wrong products are eligible for return or exchange.
- Returns will not be accepted due to minor variations in color or texture.
For Domestic Shipments, items must meet the following conditions:
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and unhampered.
- Original packaging must be intact with no damage to product or packaging.
- N Fabrics Fashion reserves the right to perform a quality check before processing any refund or exchange.
We will not support exchange/refund in the following cases:
- Request made after 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Product is used, damaged, or altered.
- Product damage caused by not following wash/care instructions.
- Customized or made-to-order products (e.g., color customization, fall & picot addition).
- Products with missing tags, cut blouse pieces, or missing bills.
Any returned item not meeting the above conditions will be sent back at the customer’s expense and no refund will be processed.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
We take great care in ensuring the quality of our products. In the rare case that a product is defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at nfabrics7@gmail.com with your Order ID and clear pictures of the defect.
Note: An unboxing/opening video is compulsory for damage claims.
If your package appears tampered, please do not accept it. Return it to the delivery person and immediately inform us at nfabrics7@gmail.com with your Order ID.
Once delivery is accepted, it will be considered that the package was received securely.
EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
- Customized products and items with Fall & Picot are not eligible for exchange/refund.
- For exchanges or refunds, email nfabrics7@gmail.com with your Order ID within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Once confirmed, you must dispatch the product to our warehouse address within 2 days.
After receiving the returned item, it will undergo a quality check. If approved, it will qualify for exchange or refund.
If the product has no defect but you still wish to return or exchange it, you will need to bear ₹300 (forward + reverse shipping charges).
We will bear the cost of shipping the new product in exchange.
If the replacement item is out of stock, you may choose:
- A different product from our collection,
- A store credit (valid for 1 year), or
- A full refund to your original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 4–7 working days after cancellation or receipt of the returned product.
